We keep your information for at least 3 years to comply with tax and business record requirements. We may keep it longer if you're a repeat customer to make future orders easier for you. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete it.

If you consent to photos during ordering, we may use images of your decorated porch on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You can review our photo policy in our Terms & Conditions and revoke consent anytime by emailing us - we'll remove your photos within 30 days.

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected a child's information, we'll delete it immediately.

Our website links to social media (like Instagram). Those sites have their own privacy policies - we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make significant changes, we'll email active customers. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated policy.
